Accommodation and Cancellation Policy:

1. The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the booking receipt.

2. In the event of a cancelled booking, the deposit is not refundable unless the premises are rebooked for the entire period you had booked, in which case a cancellation fee of $50.00 AU shall be charged.

3. The booking is made in good faith by Mission Beach Shores but may be subject to any change as may be notified by Mission Beach Shores prior to the commencement of the booking.

4. No responsibility is taken for occupants' personal property left on the premises. However, all reasonable care will be taken to secure property identified as "left behind" for your later collection.

5. All guests shall be mindful of and respect the privacy of adjoining or neighbouring guests. Distruptive behaviour is not acceptable.

6. Breakages and losses to the property are to be reported to Mission Beach Shoes management at your earliest convienence. You agree to pay Mission Beach Shores for the replacement or repair cost arrising from any damage or loss to Mission Beach Shores property if Mission Beach Shores management request it.

7. Mission Beach Shores reserves the right to request the payment of a bond if considered necessary.

8. Mission Beach Shores reserves the right to refuse its accommodation, amend the charge, or terminate the occupancy.

9. Guest/s shall sign a registration form upon arrival.
